How do you start a babysitting business when you play sports?

Summer Kids Camp/Babysitting?

What would you like to find in one?
Me and my friend had one last year and we only got 5-10 children a day and i think we charged 10 bucks a day per child plus 7 per sibling. We did so many fun activities.. but what would you like to have in a babysitting camp for your young child? swimming.crafts.etc

Babyitting, fun ideas for the kids?

During the rest of the spring season throughout this summer I will be babysitting for a family who has 4 children! Ages 1 year, 2 1/2, 4, and 5.

I will be watching the children at my home for 6 hours, 3 days a week. I am trying to think of fun activities that I can do with them while they are in my care.

Some things I have planned are (with very close supervision, espically for the baby/toddler)

Gardening (letting the kids plant some seeds and we can watch them grow throughout the summer)
Sprinkler fun (in the summer)
Make our own juice pops
painting, coloring, and drawing of course…

Any other fun ideas? I am 20 years old and have been working at a childcare center since age 16, so I’ve got a few great ideas in my head…I’m just looking for any more ideas from parents or others in the field of childcare…

I’d like to do things with them that mom and dad might not have time/patience to do at home (I dont mind messes, its part of the job!)

Any ideas of activities to do with kids I babysit?

I have a summer job of babysitting two families. One has three children ages 7, 5, and 4. The other family has children 10, 7, and 3. The eldest of this family has autism. I need some ideas of activities I could bring or make with them cause their parents don’t want me taking them to any parks or pools or anything.
Any good crafts, activities, or even games would be much appreciated.
Thank you for the advice I will try some. The reason I asked was because for the past few weeks all we have been doing are board games and movies and they are getting bored and irritated. They need something new to keep them occupied and having fun. Lets face it kids are so much easier to watch when they are having fun and entertained.

what are some ideas for jobs for teeneagers wanting a career dealing with kids?

i’m 17 years old. when i get older i want a job that has something to do with kids. (not really a teacher though) what jobs are out there that i could be (when im older) that has to do with kids? just some suggestions?

also, where could i work right now(what type of place) that has to deal with kids, other than babysitting for like neighbors?

Can i bring a hot glue gun babysitting?

for crafts. It definatly isnt going near the kids…and none of them would use it. I would just use it to glue popsicle sticks together…and use glue sticks for everything else that they do. But do u think it would be ok to bring it>

they dont listen to reason i cant do anything i ask nicely nothing happens i sak sternly nothing happens when they do something bad i put them in the corner when i let them go back to what they were doing they just do it again so as you can see i have a big problem also i need advice that a teenage boy could use for babysitting thankyou very much please respond asap

Does anybody have any ideas for crafts for toddlers?

I am babysitting, and the 3 kids are bored out of there minds. I can’t bake/cook anything, I can’t use paint/anything messy, and therefore I don’t know what to do with them. The parents have no schedule for them, so they are running around bored. Help! Please!
